The way we work
No fee initial review providing outline proposal identifying opportunities with their likely solutions, costs and timescales.
Design, development and testing of web facilities.
The preparation, validation, cleansing and loading of data.
Integration of existing systems with web and print facilities.
Obtaining and registering WWW Domain names.
Test and production web site hosting using carrier class facilities.
Provision of multiple mailboxes for your domain accessible from either your desktop or direct from Webmail.
Design of catalogues, mailshots and brochures.
We now try to use responsive design techniques and make the websites mobile "friendly".
We prefer to work "fixed price", however "time and materials", "payment by transaction" or "payment by results" are happily worked.
What We Don't Do
We do not design the websites using standard templates or CMS packages as they end up all looking the same. We design and develop to your specific requirements.
We do not use Flash coding anymore (not supported by Apple pads and mobiles), rather Javascript which is supported across the board.
We do not charge until you are happy with the results.
If you use our hosting services, we do not charge for every time you want a minor change made and we reserve time so that they will be applied within days not weeks or even months.
Behind the Scenes (Hosting)
We take automated rolling daily, weekly and monthly back-ups of your website and data with off-site copies held.
We keep the operating software up-to latest patch levels to minimise the risk of successful attack by the criminals and idiots trying to steal your data or compromise your website.
